Meet the faces behind our organization

Anya Lindsey-Jenkins
Executive Director
Anya brings leadership and great enthusiasm to the BBBSDE mission of strengthening youth resiliency through mentoring. As an innovator, collaborator and strategist, she has moved the organization forward by engaging stakeholders through electronic and social media, fund development, stewardship events and community-based connectivity.
Previously, Anya was the Director of Education, Employment, and Training for West End Neighborhood House. She has a BA in Journalism from Temple University and a Master of Science in Health Education from St. Joseph’s University.

Diana M. Geare
Director of Finance & Administration
As an accountant and problem solver, Diana understands the importance of maintaining the financial integrity of any organization and, most important, non-profits. She brings with her years of experience in accounting a dedication to the well-being of Delaware communities and their children.
She previously worked for West End Neighborhood House in Wilmington and various for-profit companies throughout New Castle County.
Diana is a graduate of Wilmington University.

Ronike Haynie
Community Development Director
As a dedicated community and youth advocate, Ronike believes in community engagement and its importance to creating social change. He is a certified Youth Mental Health First Aid Responder and uses a trauma-informed care approach when dealing with at-risk youth and the community.
He has worked in the non-profit sector as a program manager at West End Neighborhood House and is currently a Safety Ambassador for Reach Riverside’s Teen Warehouse.
Ronike is a graduate of Delaware State University.
