Anya Lindsey-Jenkins

Anya Lindsey-Jenkins

Executive Director

Anya Lindsey-Jenkins is a compassionate and driven nonprofit executive with over 20 years of dedicated service to at-risk youth. Throughout her career, Anya has been a tireless advocate for providing transformative opportunities to underserved communities. Her deep understanding of at-risk youth's challenges has guided her in developing innovative programs that empower young individuals to overcome obstacles and build brighter futures. Anya's leadership and unwavering commitment to making a positive impact have inspired countless individuals to join her in pursuing social change. Through her expertise and genuine passion, she continues to shape the lives of at-risk youth and create lasting, meaningful change in their lives. Anya is a Certified Health Education Specialist with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Temple University and a Master of Science in Community Health from Saint Joseph University. She spends her free time reading, watching documentaries, and spending time with her family.

Diana M. Geare

Diana M. Geare

Director of Finance & Administration

As an accountant and problem solver, Diana understands the importance of maintaining the financial integrity of any organization and, most important, non-profits. She brings with her years of experience in accounting a dedication to the well-being of Delaware communities and their children.

She previously worked for West End Neighborhood House in Wilmington and various for-profit companies throughout New Castle County.

Diana is a graduate of Wilmington University.

Ronike Haynie

Ronike Haynie

Community Development Director

As a dedicated community and youth advocate, Ronike believes in community engagement and its importance to creating social change. He is a certified Youth Mental Health First Aid Responder and uses a trauma-informed care approach when dealing with at-risk youth and the community.

He has worked in the non-profit sector as a program manager at West End Neighborhood House and is currently a Safety Ambassador for Reach Riverside’s Teen Warehouse.

Ronike is a graduate of Delaware State University.
